Strenthening Participatory Organization (SPO) trained 13 NGOs (Non-Govenamental Organizations) of Mirpurkhas in "development Planning and Managemant" (DPM) graduation. After successful completion of this training, these 13 NGOs felt a need of Co-ordination between all of them. Also District Mirpurkhas needs a Network of NGOs and this need was felt many years ago. Keeping in view of these facts, on 19th Sep.2003, These 13 DPM Graduate founded a Network named "SOCIO INSTITUTIONS AND NATURAL RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT NET" "(SIND NET)", Mirpurkhas at SPO office Hyd.

SIND NET founded to work on different kinds of issus. Last year, SIND NET started a research on system of irrigation water. This year, SIND NET planned to work on removing the hurdles of Education, besides the research on system of irrigation water.
